At Bachcare, we believe in the power of shared experiences and the comfort a welcoming space can bring during challenging times. That’s why we’re proud to support TimeOut, a Kiwi charity dedicated to providing holiday home experiences to terminally ill patients and their families.
A nationwide charity, TimeOut is on a mission to get Kiwi donors onboard and together, support vulnerable community members in a meaningful way.
Each year, more than 24,000 people and their families in New Zealand experience terminal illnesses. By gifting experiences, TimeOut provides families with much-needed moments of relief and the opportunity to create cherished memories that last a lifetime.
Through our partnership, we’re reaching out to Bachcare homeowners who are keen to join TimeOut’s initiative.
As a holiday homeowner, you have the opportunity to share your bach with TimeOut families for a short stay. Most of our owners choose to donate outside of the peak holiday period and public holidays, typically once or twice a year, for stays ranging from two to six nights.

Wait for a match: TimeOut will contact you when a family’s booking request matches your holiday home and confirm the dates with you
We handle the rest: Once confirmed, Bachcare will manage the booking process and cover the cost of cleaning and linen services for homeowners who donate a stay
