My name is Naumai-Aroha, and I am the Senior Head Supervisor for Taupō Bachcare. I’m originally from Ōpōtiki, a small town on the beautiful East Coast of the Bay of Plenty, but I’ve proudly called Taupō home since I was four years old. I am a proud mum of two daughters, aged 12 and 4, who are at the centre of everything I do.
I joined the Taupō Bachcare team in August 2025 and have been fortunate to grow quickly within the company, supported by an incredible team here at the Taupō hub.
What I love most about my role is being able to support both our homeowners and guests, ensuring every experience is smooth, positive, and memorable. We genuinely care about what we do, and that passion shows in the service we provide.
One of my favourite things about Taupō is our stunning lake, Taupō-nui-a-Tia, along with the surrounding mountains that create such a breathtaking backdrop. It truly feels like living in a piece of art.
Hi, I’m Michele, the Supervisor at the Taupō Hub. I’ve lived in Reporoa, about 30 minutes from Taupō, for most of my life and currently live on a lifestyle block with my husband, our three boys, and our many animals.
I’ve been with Bachcare since December 2025 and genuinely love what I do. I really enjoy working alongside owners to help create beautiful homes and memorable stays for guests. Being part of those special holiday experiences is something I find incredibly rewarding.
My favourite place in Taupō is the lake, especially out at Kinloch, where we spend our summers swimming, relaxing, and enjoying barbecues with family and friends.
