Retirement for me was taking on a Managed Service Provider position with Bachcare in 2023 and I absolutely love it. It gives me that enduring sense of self worth and achievement. Kerikeri has season fluctuations so after a hectic summer season there is a more sedate winter period. I take every opportunity to liaison closely with my homeowners and present their homes to the best of my ability – to meet owners expectations and look for ways to enrich guest stay experiences. Alot goes on behind the scenes juggling a portfolio of holiday homes and my husband often jokes ‘Bachcare is lucky to have me’ but in reality, I’m most fortunate to have found a niche that empowers me to run my own business within the Bachcare business model. Of course being human I do slip up periodically but all feedback creates that opportunity to self evaluate and grow and for that I am most grateful. Communication is key and building good relationships within Bachcare ensures a lucrative outcome for us all. Ultimately its all about putting Smiles on people’s faces 😊

I'm hands-on with every property I manage — personally checking each home before guest arrival and after departure to make sure it’s spotless, secure, and presented to the highest standard.
