But how do we continue to promote our brand and grow your bookings history? Here are a few of the tools we use to achieve the bookings your holiday home deserves.

Search Engines

On any given day, Google processes over 70,000 searches per second - and that’s not to mention the other search engines! Getting your head around that number can be difficult, and so can standing out from the crowd in the search results. Fortunately, here at Bachcare we have a team of experts that take care of this for you. They manage both search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing, or paid ads, (SEM) to ensure we get not only a large amount of users to site, but the right users who will go on to book your place.

Social Media

At the time of writing, we have over 123,000 followers across Facebook and Instagram. We regularly show off our homes, run competitions, and share travel content to encourage people to engage with our brand and inspire them to book with the best! The team also runs paid ads through social media to appeal to a wider range of audiences. Booking Channels

Not only does our website attract potential guests, we can maximise your bookings by listing and managing your property on major travel accommodation sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bookabach, and Holiday Houses if you choose. This ensures your property has maximum exposure and is easily found and booked online.

Email Marketing

We like to keep in touch with potential guests via email to keep Bachcare top of mind when they are planning a holiday. We send a variety of newsletter-style emails regularly, as well as special discounts and offers whenever we run a campaign. Our email marketing strategy also keeps potential guests informed of fresh content which we post on our guest blog, to inspire travel around our beautiful country.

Partners

We aim to get your property in front of as many potential guests as possible. To achieve this we partner with over 60 regional tourism websites to promote your home on a national and local level. We choose our partnters based on several factors: the trustworthiness and quality of their website, their community feel, and fit for your holiday home. Depending on your property location and features (pet-friendly properties have a whole partner site dedicated to them!) you could be featured on, or linked back to, one or several partner sites.

Offline

You might also see or hear us across print, radio, and events around New Zealand, depending on the campaign. We use our relationships with valuable media partners to be present across various forms of media to reach our customer at the right place, at the right time.
