How Bachcare Host Works

There’s a few ways Bachcare Host differs to our standard service but our
aim is the same: deliver you stress-free rental returns, whilst minimising the hassle.
What you’ll do

Booking preparation
Making sure your property is ready for your guests’ arrival including that supplies are sufficient for their stay.

Guest interactions during stay
You’ll check your guests in and out of your property, and greet them on arrival if you wish.

Cleaning
Clean your property in between bookings and undertake periodic deeper cleans throughout the year.

Laundry
Laundering linen in between bookings and making sure beds are made prior to check-in.

Maintenance & safety
Maintain your property to the highest standard, including initial Happy Place Check and Health & Safety audit to ensure your property, peace of mind, and guests are protected.

What we'll do

Listing creation
Creation of your property listing, including upload of professional photos and listing description.

Guest interactions pre & post-stay
Our Auckland-based support office handles all guest communication before and after their stay.

Pricing & revenue management
Our dedicated revenue team set your baserate and optimise your revenue based ondemand.

Multi-channel marketing
Including digital advertising, print and radio, as well as listing on our extensive network of partner sites.

Property protection
If any issues arise during or after a booking, we have a clear and easy resolutions process. We also work with local councils to ensure the voice of the holiday home industry is heard.
